Comparative Dictionary of Letter Meanings in Arabic and Persian by Esmaeil Tajbakhsh

Açıklama

In this book, the author has extracted the meanings of letters from sources of Arabic grammar and cited clear and eloquent examples from the Holy Quran or hadiths or Arabic language forms or sentences and found equivalents of those meanings in Persian literature. The author states that the letters of the Arabic language have different meanings in sentences, and the great scholars of grammar have explained these meanings and given various examples for them. He believes that words in Arabic grammar are conjugated and undergo formal changes and have cases, but in Persian they do not have semantic cases, because words do not undergo formal changes. The book provides in-depth analysis of linguistic structures, historical usage, and cultural significance, helping readers understand the interplay between the two languages. With detailed explanations and examples, it serves as a valuable resource for linguists, students, researchers, and anyone interested in comparative language studies.
