Ejtehad-e Aghlgara #2 by Mohammad Hasan Ghadrdan

Açıklama

"Ejtehad-e Aghlgara" by Mohammad Hasan Ghadrdan delves into the concept of ijtihad, defined as the utmost intellectual effort to derive religious knowledge from credible sources such as the Quran, Sunnah, reason, and consensus. This principle is a cornerstone of Islam and Shi'ism. However, there has been skepticism regarding the role and functionality of reason within ijtihad, leading to the rise of Akhbari thought or insufficient attention to reason in various domains of religious knowledge. The authors of this collection advocate for the reinforcement and significant consideration of reason (rational ijtihad). They adopt a comprehensive approach to underscore the necessity of emphasizing reason as both a source and a methodological tool in understanding and discovering divine knowledge.
