Lost Children Archive Novel Valeria Luiselli (Farsi)

Açıklama

"Lost Children Archive" by Valeria Luiselli is a powerful and timely novel that intertwines the stories of a family road trip and the migrant crisis at the US-Mexico border. The narrative follows a family of four—referred to only as Ma, Pa, Boy, and Girl—as they embark on a journey from New York to Arizona. As they travel, the couple, who are both documentarians, record the sounds of the landscape while the children listen to audiobooks about the Apache tribes who once inhabited the region. Along the way, they encounter signs of the migrant crisis, including abandoned backpacks and migrant children. The novel explores themes of family, loss, displacement, and the power of storytelling, as the family grapples with their own personal struggles while bearing witness to the larger humanitarian crisis unfolding around them.
