Açıklama

"Maghalat-e Feqhi" by Ayatollah Mohammad Reza Modarresi-Yazdi is derived from his advanced jurisprudence lectures delivered at the esteemed seminary in Qom. Although Arabic is the customary language for high-level jurisprudential discourse and treatises, the significance of the subject from both jurisprudential and ethical perspectives necessitated its initial publication in Persian to benefit the scholarly community. This treatise, like his other works on jurisprudence and principles, possesses several distinguishing features that contribute to its vitality and relevance. These include a commitment to intellectual freedom within the established framework of Shia jurisprudence, coupled with respect for the views of esteemed scholars and the utilization of their insights.
