Persian Casserole Pottery Dizi Pot with Lid, Meat Masher – Perfect for Soup & Dizi

Açıklama

Experience the authentic taste of Persian cuisine with our Persian Casserole Pottery Dizi Pot with Lid and Meat Masher – a traditional handcrafted clay pot designed for preparing a single serving of Dizi (Abgoosht), soup, or stew. Made from high-quality natural clay and fired in traditional kilns, this pot features a safe, premium glaze for durability and easy cleaning. Perfect for individual servings, it ensures gentle and even heat distribution, allowing your dish to cook slowly while preserving authentic Persian flavors. The tight-fitting lid locks in moisture, and the included meat masher makes it easy to blend and mash ingredients for perfectly textured Dizi. Before first use, coat the bottom several times over 8 hours with clarified fat or vegetable oil. After one day, wash thoroughly with dish soap, and it’s ready for cooking. For best results and longer lifespan, avoid placing the pot directly over high heat; instead, use a gentle flame and a flame diffuser. This product is dishwasher safe and comes securely packaged for safe delivery.
