Hello,
I’m interested in purchasing your Persian Santur – Handcrafted Hammered Dulcimer by Fard, 2 Stamps, listed for €302.90.
Before placing an order, could you please confirm exactly what is included with the instrument?
Specifically, does the purchase include:
* The santur itself

* Tuning tools or a tuning key
* Any spare strings or accessories
Could you also please confirm the shipping cost to New Zealand, the estimated delivery time, and whether there are any additional charges I should expect?
Thank you for your help. I look forward to hearing from you.

Yes, we ship to New Zealand. The package includes the santur, a hard protective case, playing mallets (mezrab), and a tuning key.
Salam, would you please tell me the key this santour is tuned to (G?), and could you provide me an estimation of shipping costs to Bulgaria? Thank you in advance. Kind regards :)
Answer:
Hello, Free Shipping take 2-5 weeks & economy Shipping take 12-25 Days
Hi, can I tune to C#? Any tool for tuning?
Answer:
A Tuning Wrench included
Does spare strings and a hammer come with it as well? Do you sell sit stands as well? Is shipping to Australia free?
Answer:
Yes, it includes both a tuning wrench and a hammer. However, please note that the tuning wrench is provided as a complimentary gift. As for shipping to Australia, the cost for this model is approximately €100. Let us know if you're also interested in a sit stand — we can provide options for that as well.
Hi 👋 just wondering will there be extra VAT for me to pay on this instrument once arrived with me (in Ireland)? Also Is there a pair of mezrab with it? Thanks
Answer:
The Mezrab is included. So far, no one has reported being charged import taxes. In any case, it doesn’t make much difference—if you order from any site outside Europe, taxes might apply, but they are minimal.
