Scenes from a Childhood Book by Jon Fosse (Farsi)

Açıklama

After My Dog Returns to Me by Jon Fosse is a minimalist and introspective short work that follows a man awaiting the return of his lost dog. The story goes beyond a simple search, evolving into a deep reflection on solitude, loss, and emotional connections. The dog serves as a symbolic presence, linking the protagonist to memories and the past, while the anticipation of its return becomes a meditation on life itself. Set in a quiet, often seaside environment that evokes emptiness and infinity, the narrative shifts seamlessly between memories, present moments, and inner reflections, creating a dreamlike atmosphere where time blurs and the protagonist’s dialogue with himself and the world continues in silence and repetition.
