The Death of My Father by Jacques Derrida (Farsi)

Açıklama

The Death of My Father (original title: La Mort de Mon Père, often translated as The Death of My Father or The Instant of My Death) by Jacques Derrida is a profound philosophical reflection on mortality, memory, and the limits of language. Written in Derrida’s signature deconstructive style, this short but dense text meditates on a brief autobiographical episode—facing death during World War II—while engaging with broader existential and philosophical questions. Blending personal narrative with theoretical insight, Derrida explores the complex relationship between life, death, and writing. A must-read for scholars of philosophy, literature, and those intrigued by the fragile line between experience and expression.
