The Girl on the Sofa Play by Jon Fosse (Farsi)

Açıklama

The Girl on the Sofa by Jon Fosse is a minimalist, introspective play that explores complex human emotions through fragmented dialogue and sparse staging. The story revolves around the inner lives of its characters, examining themes of family tension, memory, betrayal, guilt, and emotional isolation. Time and space are fluid, creating a dreamlike atmosphere that immerses the audience in the characters’ psychological landscape. Fosse’s poetic, rhythmic language emphasizes silence, repetition, and pauses as much as the spoken word, making the work a profound exploration of the human condition, intimacy, and the consequences of choices in personal relationships.
