The Heretical Imperative Book by Peter L. Berger (Farsi) 2 Vols

Açıklama

"The Heretical Imperative" by Peter L. Berger explores the challenges and opportunities of religious pluralism in modern society, where individuals are confronted with numerous belief systems and must actively choose their faith rather than passively inheriting it. Berger introduces the concept of "the heretical imperative," using "heretical" in its original sense of choosing, to describe how modernity compels people to make conscious decisions about their religious beliefs in a pluralistic environment. He outlines three responses to this situation: the deductive approach, which clings to traditional authority and rejects pluralism; the reductive approach, which reduces religion to secular explanations; and the inductive approach, which encourages exploring different religious experiences and fosters a more open understanding of faith.
