Understanding German Idealism by Will Dudley (Farsi)

Açıklama

"Understanding German Idealism" by Will Dudley offers a clear and accessible introduction to the influential philosophical movement that emerged with Kant's "Critique of Pure Reason" in 1781 and continued until Hegel's death in 1831. Dudley navigates the complexities of German Idealism, covering the works of Kant, Fichte, Schelling, and Hegel. The book aims to convey the significance of this philosophical period while making it comprehensible to readers. It explores the motivations, problems, and solutions presented by these thinkers, focusing on transcendental idealism and how later German Idealists sought to extend Kant's project rigorously. Dudley also examines early criticisms of German Idealism and the alternative philosophical paths they inspired, such as romanticism, Marxism, existentialism, and naturalism.
