Fools Play by Neil Simon (Farsi)

Açıklama

Fools by Neil Simon is a whimsical comedy that takes place in a small village in Eastern Europe, where a young schoolteacher named Leon Tolchinsky is assigned to teach at a school with a mysterious curse. The villagers are all afflicted with a peculiar condition: they are incredibly, and hilariously, stupid. Leon soon falls in love with a beautiful young woman named Sophia, who, like everyone else in the village, suffers from the curse of ignorance. As Leon attempts to break the curse and educate the townspeople, he encounters absurd situations and misunderstandings. Through humor and satire, the play explores themes of intelligence, love, and the challenges of change. With its clever wordplay and charming characters, Fools highlights Neil Simon's gift for combining lighthearted comedy with thoughtful social commentary.
