Açıklama

Jente i Gul Regnjakke (Girl in Yellow Raincoat) by Jon Fosse is a minimalist, introspective stage play. This edition also includes nine additional plays by Fosse. Born September 29, 1959, Fosse is a Norwegian writer, translator, and playwright, awarded the 2023 Nobel Prize in Literature. His oeuvre comprises over seventy works—novels, poetry, children’s books, essays, and plays—translated into more than fifty languages. Fosse is among the most performed contemporary playwrights worldwide. His deeply introspective, minimalist plays, blending prose and lyrical language, are often seen as a modern continuation of the theatrical tradition established by Henrik Ibsen in the 19th century. Frequently associated with post-dramatic theatre, his works have earned him numerous accolades, including the Ibsen Grand Prize twice. Extensive critical and scholarly studies have been produced on his life and works.
