The Death of Humanity: And the Case for Life Book by Richard Weikart (Farsi)

Açıklama

"The Death of Humanity: And the Case for Life" by Richard Weikart delves into the philosophical and cultural shifts that, in his view, have contributed to a diminishing respect for human life in modern society. Weikart, a historian, traces the roots of this decline through intellectual movements, scientific ideologies, and ethical frameworks that have challenged traditional beliefs about the sanctity and value of human life. He examines how certain strands of thought — including secularism, utilitarianism, and aspects of Darwinism — have influenced societal attitudes toward issues like euthanasia, abortion, and bioethics. Weikart makes a compelling case for reaffirming life’s intrinsic worth, urging readers to reconsider these trends and advocate for a culture that values and protects humanity.
