The story begins with Siavash, who visits a hospital after his friend Nima's father's appendectomy. There, by chance, he meets Yalda, a girl recently returned from abroad. Yalda is fraught with anxiety after an accident involving an elderly woman, whom she rushes to the hospital. This incident marks her first encounter with Siavash.
