Kaspar by Peter Handke (Farsi)

Açıklama

"Kaspar" by Peter Handke is a bold, experimental play that explores the relationship between language, identity, and power. Inspired by the real historical figure Kaspar Hauser—a mysterious youth who appeared in 19th-century Germany with no knowledge of language or social norms—the play focuses not on his story, but on the process of his transformation through language. Handke presents a stark, minimalist stage where Kaspar is bombarded by voices that shape, define, and ultimately control him. Through repetitive and deconstructive language, Kaspar critiques how society imposes order and meaning, raising profound questions about individuality, communication, and the ways in which we are formed by the words we learn to speak.
