Play Strindberg Play by Friedrich Dürrenmatt (Farsi)

Açıklama

Play Strindberg by Friedrich Dürrenmatt is a dark tragicomedy that reimagines the themes of marital conflict and emotional warfare. Set within a long-standing marriage on a remote island, the play depicts a couple whose relationship resembles a battlefield of resentment and psychological struggle despite years of shared life. The arrival of a man claiming kinship with the wife disrupts their fragile equilibrium, intensifying tensions and pushing the couple toward the possibility of separation. Dürrenmatt uses black humor and existential irony to examine the fragility of intimacy, the corrosive effects of unresolved conflict, and the difficulty of genuine understanding between individuals bound by obligation rather than affection.
